About our Founder : Maria Borg
Maria Borg is a Recruitment and Sales Trainer and Career Coach, possessing nearly 20 years experience within the Recruitment Industry.
As a seasoned recruiter and manager, trainer and mentor, Maria has been responsible for induction and on-going training of recruitment consultants and internal recruiters throughout Australia/ NZ and UK, across a multitude of industries and specialisations.
Maria also trains Leadership and Sales Teams and specialises in working with organisations to re-engineer their recruitment practices , enabling efficient and successful recruitment across all levels of their organisation.
Through her drive, determination and absolute dedication to her clients, Maria inspires passion, enthusiasm and commitment in all those with whom she comes into contact.
Maria is a speaker at conferences and seminars, a Trainer for the RCSA and also a certified Practitioner of NLP.
